Marija Bojović
Marija Bojović developed her legal expertise in corporate and commercial law in Serbia and Montenegro. She particularly focuses on corporate, banking & finance, international commercial arbitration, M&A, and real estate. Marija is a member of the Serbian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. Marija has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer. Bojović Law Firm was initially established as the associated law firm of PwC Serbia in 2003, where Marija founded and led their legal team for six years.

Nikola Dragić
Nikola Dragić is an attorney at law specializing in intellectual property, litigation, data protection, and corporate and commercial law in Serbia and Montenegro. He was previously associated with top-tier law firms in Serbia, where he gained significant experience across these practice areas. Nikola is a member of the Serbian Bar Association. He regularly advises both foreign and domestic clients on a broad range of legal matters in Serbia and Montenegro. He has also been engaged in legal work in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has represented clients before trial and appellate courts in both Serbia and Montenegro.

Nikola holds an LL.M. from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. As a Fulbright Scholar, he earned an additional LL.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law, with a specialization in intellectual property and technology law.
