Bojović Attorneys at Law acted as borrower’s counsel to MD Invest in connection with the financing of the Elleven Office Building, a landmark A-class development in Novi Sad comprising approximately 22,000 m² of premium workspace and built to high sustainability standards. The scope of work included comprehensive borrower-side support across structuring, documentation, and regulatory aspects of the financing.

The transaction was completed with NLB Komercijalna Banka as lender.
