Bojović Attorneys at Law Advises Serbian Seller on Cross-Border Aircraft Sale to EU Buyer

Bojović Attorneys at Law acted as legal adviser to a Serbian domestic seller in connection with the sale of a private aircraft to an EU buyer.

The transaction involved structuring the transaction, coordinating cross-border regulatory aspects, providing guidance on deregistration and deletion of the aircraft from the aircraft register before the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia, and drafting and negotiating the sale and purchase agreement and ancillary documentation.
